Cooking with fungi, particularly mushrooms, is a fantastic way to explore rich, earthy flavors while benefiting from their nutritional value. Chef Lucio has created some truly delicious recipes with all thing’s “fungi” and it’s been a hit!

If you are attending a class and your group exceeds our maximum number of guests (4 or 5 depending on class), please note that your group will not be placed at the same work station.
