CLASS OPTIONS FOR EVERyONE

All of our classes are conducted in our 1,500 square foot private Gourmet Kitchen Classroom and are designed specifically to make you comfortable and proficient in the use of the most important tools in the kitchen. 

To ensure each guest truly engages in the cooking process, we provide four Wolf cooktops and ovens, one for each group of guests.  After preparing your meal, your table will have been set for you to come back and enjoy an evening of good food, good wine and good conversation!

Cook, Cork & Fork has a great selection of wine and beers that customers are welcome to purchase during class.

Skills & Techniques

These “focus classes” provide you with the fundamentals, Knife Skills, Sauces 101 , Pasta, Pizza, Gnocchi and more. Learn the basics, and create amazing dishes.

Cultures & Cuisines

Our most popular classes! 
French, Italian, Peruvian, Asian, Greek, Latin, American and everything in between. Learn to create amazing cuisines, from around the globe. Our Chefs will guide you through all the chopping, cutting, dicing, mincing, sautéing, searing, roasting , reducing, deglazing and all things culinary. Then, gather back at your table to dine on your newly created creations. You’ll get a copy of the recipe to replicate your masterpiece at home.

Kids & Family

The family that cooks together…eats together 😊 We offer Junior Chef, Teen Chef and Cooking w/ The Kids classes. Juniors learn the basics of cooking and participating in the kitchen. For our Teen Chefs we take the technicality of cooking to the next level.
