-When applicable, no refunds can be provided for any booking credits or class booking after 90 days.
-"No Show"/"Late Show" - In order to respect our other guests in class, we have established a hard cut off, of 20 minutes after the class published start time. By this time into the class, the guests have received instruction and progressed through the first recipe. We cannot ask the guests that have already arrived to class to wait while our team catches up any “late shows”.
Those guests arriving more than 20 minutes after the class start time ("Late Show") will be considered a “No Show”, resulting in no refund or class credit.
"No-Show" guests will not receive any credit or refund.
We appreciate your understanding and always ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the class start time. So that we might get you checked in and setup for your class.
